ONE WAY TICKET

“The Earth is a vast playground of waste and desolation.

Forever now, our signature will be deeply embedded in the strata, from fossilised shampoo bottles to well preserved diapers, our legacy will be laid bare for millennia to come.

Looking on the bright side, if new civilisations were to come after us, they wouldn’t have to go through the tedious business of carbon-dating, assembling, labelling and archiving the billions of objects found across the surface of the Earth… Pretty easy job really!

We can only hope for their sake,  that they will be advanced enough to transform plastic into bananas and concrete into potato.

And what about now…  where do we go from here? Mars?

I am told natural resources flow in abundance…
